Installation Division

Engineer

Responsibilities:

Responsible for project management

Coordinating the work of installation with builder, architect and customer

Logging quality related project documents and preparing document registry

Attending meetings, monitoring the work progress of installation, supervision of subcontractors’ works, handover of works to clients, etc.

Requirements:

Degree/ Higher Diploma holder in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Building Services Engineering

3-5 years’ relevant working experience in Engineering, Construction or Building Services field, preferably in lift industry

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/ Word/ PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing

Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

Good presentation and interpersonal skills

Recent Graduate with high potential will be also considered

Working location: Head Office at Western District, or Main Service Station at Kwai Chung


Supervisor

Responsibilities:

Coordinating the work of installation with builder and client

Carrying out incoming material inspection

Ordering sundry material, attending site meeting

Assigning work and supervising installation carried out by subcontractor and direct labour, etc.

Requirements:

Holder of Diploma or above in Mechanical /Electrical /Building Services Engineering

4 years’ relevant working experience in Engineering, Construction or Building Services field, preferably in lift industry

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/ Word) and Chinese Word Processing

Good presentation and interpersonal skills

Working location: Main Service Station at Kwai Chung


Mechanic / Electrician / Assistant Mechanic / Assistant Electrician

Requirements:

F.3 or above

4 or more years of experiences in installation of lifts or escalators

Registered Lift/Escalator Worker can apply for Mechanic or Electrician


Apprentice

Requirements:

F.3 or above

Passion in the lift industry

Studied in the related course is preferable



Marketing Division

Sales Engineer

Responsibilities:

Tender preparation and cost calculation for new installation projects

Assist manager to perform sales activities for new installation project such as handling of enquiries, attend tender interview, negotiation with customers etc.

Provide support in planning and overseeing of awarded contracts

Follow up with issue of order to overseas factories and payment collection after contract award

Meeting with customer including architect, consultant and main contractor etc.

Requirements:

Holder of Higher Diploma or above in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Building Services Engineering or related discipline

2-3 years’ relevant experience in Engineering, Construction or Building Services field, preferably in lift industry

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/ Word/ PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing

Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

Good presentation and interpersonal skills

Working Location: Head office at Western District



Maintenance (Field) Division

Manager

Responsibilities:

Collaborative management of different maintenance field resources to accomplish company objectives in relation to safety, quality, efficiency, and sales order fulfillment

Effective management of customer relationship to drive business opportunities

Assurance of code compliance, including but not limited to documentation, field examinations, incident investigations, and equipment upgrade opportunities

Promotion of staff development, team building and change management

Requirements:

Degree holder in any engineering disciplines

8 years’ relevant working experience in the field of engineering or building services, preferably in lift industry

Registered Lift/Escalator Engineer is a must

Proven ability to effectively manage a sizable operational crew and implement change management

Good command in both spoken and written Chinese and English

Proficiency in PC skills (e.g. Excel/ Word/ PowerPoint)

Candidates with less qualification and/or experience to be considered as Assistant Manager or Senior Engineer

Flexible work location (maintenance job sites, Service Stations, Head Office in Western District or Main Service Station in Kwai Chung)


Engineer (Fresh Graduate Welcome)

Responsibilities:

Coordinating with clients and frontline teams to ensure the highest standard of field services

Supervising the preventive and corrective maintenance operations for customer satisfaction on all service deliverables

Developing innovative and cost-optimized solutions to field safety, quality and operation issues

Producing documentation and reporting for knowledge management

Scheduling and managing project progress on equipment upgrade or modernization programs

Requirements:

Degree holder in engineering discipline, preferably Mechanical/ Electrical/ Building Services Engineering

1 - 4 years’ relevant working experience in Engineering, Construction or Building Services field, preferably in lift industry

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/ Word/ PowerPoint), MS Project, and Chinese Word Processing

Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

Good presentation and interpersonal skills

Working location: Main Service Station at Kwai Chung


Mechanic / Electrician / Assistant Mechanic / Assistant Electrician

Requirements:

F.3 or above

4 or more years of experiences in maintenance of lifts or escalators

Apprentice

Passion in the lift industry

Manager / Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:

Preparing and subsequently administering maintenance agreements and proposals

Following up contract renewal procedures including tender submission, interview and award

Gathering market information for strengthening competitive advantages in contract price, terms and conditions

Customer service and job site visit

Coordinating for arranging the necessary maintenance services and changes in maintenance terms and customer information

Payment collection and handling complaint cases etc.

Requirements:

Holder of Higher Diploma or above in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Building Services Engineering

Minimum 8 years’ relevant working experience in Engineering or Customer Services, preferably in lift industry

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/ Word/ PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing

Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, independent and self-motivated

Less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager

Working Location: Head office at Western District


Sales Engineer

Responsibilities:

Promoting sale of the Company's products and services including major modernization liaisons

Preparing quotation and follow up with clients for progress of quotation works

Carrying out sales activities for lift repair and modernization

Customer service and job site visit

Reviewing customer contract terms of modernization

Payment collection and handling complaint cases etc.

Requirements:

Degree/ Higher Diploma holder in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Building Services Engineering

3 years’ relevant working experience in Engineering or Customer Services, preferably in lift industry

Senior Sales Executive
