FUJITEC secured the new order for a residential project in Kai Tak. The project is located in NKIL 6564, Kai Tak Area 1L Site 1, with a site area of 7,318 square metre. The whole development consists of two 37-storey high residential blocks, and it is one of the Wheelock’s large scale developments in Kai Tak.

FUJITEC will supply to this high class residential development total 18 lifts, including 11 units “Zexia” and 7 units “Rexia” model. The project is scheduled to be completed in 2nd half of 2021.
