The Wings is located at No.9 Tong Yin Street, Tseung Kwan O. The project is a large scale composite development above Tseung Kwan O Station, jointly developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties and MTR. The Wings comprises 6 towers high rise residential flats, a big shopping mall of 200,000 square feet named "PopCorn" and 2 hotel Towers ("Crowne Plaza" and "Holiday Inn Express") managed by InterContinental Hotels Group. A stylish suite hotel "Vega Suites" is located from 28 floors to 41 floors inside the hotel tower "Holiday Inn Express".
FUJITEC supplies to this project total 66 lifts and 10 GS-NX escalators. The project was completed in first quarter of 2013
Kowloon Commerce Centre (KCC) is a first class commercial building developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties, situated in a premier location at 51 Kwai Cheong Road, Kwai Chung. The property consists of two 35-storey high office towers above a podium constructed in two phases. The first phase was completed in 2009 which includes the office Tower 1 and the podium. The second phase includes the office Tower 2 which is now under construction. Both towers are linked to the nearby Kwai Hing MTR station by an indoor footbridge which provides a quick and easy access to the MTR network. Upon completion of the whole project, the property is expected to be a new commercial hub in Kwai Chung district.
Following the completion of Tower 1, FUJITEC will supply 14 units of lift for the Tower 2 including 12 units of high speed passenger lift and 2 units of service lift. The office floors of Tower 2 are divided in 3 zones and each zone will be served by 4 units of passenger lift. The lift speed of the low zone, mid zone and high zone is 4m/s, 5m/s and 6m/s respectively. Including the completed units in first phase, FUJITEC will provide total 34 units of lift and 10 units of escalator for this prestigeous development.
The lift installation work for second phase has been started and completed in the first quarter of 2013.
Prosperity Tower is situated on 39 Queen’s Road Central where the former Dragon Seed Building was located.
This project is owned and developed by New World Development Company Ltd. The old Dragon Seed Building was completely demolished and re-developed into a 30-storey high first class office building. This new office building is located at the heart of Central business area close to the MTR Central Station which enjoys extensive transportation means.

Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Sha Tin is developed by the New World Group; managed by the Hyatt Group and is located adjacent to the campus of the Chinese University of Hong Kong. The hotel will serve as a "Teaching Hotel" and opened in February 2009.
Being the first ”Teaching Hotel” in Hong Kong, the hotel serves 2 functions, namely, to provide hotel service and teaching facilities. Apart from providing the conventional accommodation, meal and hotel service like other hotels, it also provides the necessary training facilities to the students studying at the School of Hotel and Tourism Management of the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
FUJITEC supplied to this teaching hotel a total 11 lifts and 5 escalators (GS8000). During the course of construction, FUJITEC has performed satisfactorily in various aspects to meet the client’s expectations such as quality and workmanship, occupational safety and health administration, partnering and customer service.
Millennium City Phase 6 is developed by Sun Kung Kai Property. It is located at Kwun Tong town Lot 392, just very near to the newly completed Phase 5 project (APM). This commercial building provides more than 30 office floors with total floor area of 400,000 sq. feet.

Millennium City Phase 5 (APM) is one of the largest projects for Fujitec Hong Kong in recent years. This composite development includes a high rise office tower and a shopping mall of 600,000 sq. feet which is the biggest retails development in Kwun Tong District. The shopping mall will be operated on 24-hour basis.
