Administration Officer - Installation Division (Ref: AO/INT)
Responsibilities:
• |
Providing accurate and on time administrative and clerical support
|
• |
Preparing reports of workers attendance
|
• |
Checking daily work sheet and input data
|
• |
Assigning work to subordinates and supervising clerical work carried out by them
|
• |
Responsible for loading / unloading goods & materials
|
• |
Carrying out inspection and recording of incoming goods & materials
|
• |
Purchasing parts and materials from local suppliers
|
• |
Performing other duties as and when required
|
Requirements:
• |
Diploma in Business Administration or related discipline
|
• |
Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience
|
• |
Experience in sizable company is preferable
|
• |
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/ Word/ PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
|
• |
Fair command of spoken and written Chinese and English |
• |
Responsible and hardworking |
• |
Working location: Main Service Station at Kwai Chung |
• |
Immediate available is preferable |
