Responsibilities:

	• To coordinate with clients and other divisions for material ordering, delivery schedules, site progress, etc
	• To monitor building construction progress and check openings during building construction stage.
	• To monitor the progress of lift and escalator installation works
	• To attend regular site meetings
	• To perform other duties as and when required

Requirements:

	• Diploma / High Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Engineering
	• 3 - 7 years of relevant working experience in Engineering, Construction or Building Services field is an advantage, preferably in lift industry
	• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel / Word / PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
	• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
	• Good presentation and interpersonal skill
	• Fresh graduate may also be considered
