Manager - Maintenance (Field) Division (Ref: M/MTF-MOD)


To take up the leading role for management of lift modernization activities.
To oversee and to supervise modernization project & project teams in carrying out planning and execution.
Cost control and workflow improvement processing.
Profit optimization and quality control management.
Coordinate, monitor the progress and work with internal departments & external suppliers, government bodies, etc.

Higher Diploma / Degree holder in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services or relevant Engineering discipline
Registered Lift Engineer is preferred but not a must
Minimum 8 years' relevant working experience in Engineering, Construction or Building Services field, experience in lift industry will be a definite advantage
Proficient in MS Office application (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Good communications and presentation skills
Be responsible and can work under pressure
