Responsibilities:

	• To carry out periodic examination and test of lift / escalator and relevant submission
	• To carry out lift / escalator accident investigation, LE29 report writing and submission
	• To carry out inspection and prepare report for LE3 take over maintenance & LE7 major alteration and relevant submission whenever necessary
	• Assist in maintenance & repair issues of technical, quality, breakdown, etc.

Requirements:

	• Registered Lift / Escalator Engineer qualification
	• Higher Certificate or above in Electronic / Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services Engineering or equivalent discipline
	• Knowledge in MS Office application (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Chinese Word Processing
	• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
	• Good communications and presentation skills
