Senior Manager - Maintenance (Field) Division (Ref: SM/MTF)
Responsibilities:
|
• To carry out service station maintenance operation and business
|
|
• To oversee station affairs and customer related services
|
|
• Cost control and workflow improvement processing
|
|
• Profit optimization and quality control management
|
Requirements:
|
• Higher Diploma / Degree holder in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic / Building Services or relevant Engineering discipline
|
|
• Registered Lift/Escalator Engineer or relevant professional qualification is preferred but not a must
|
|
• Minimum 8 years' relevant working experience in Engineering, Construction or Building Services field, experience in lift industry will be a definite advantage
|
|
• Proficient in MS Office application (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
|
|
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
|
|
• Good communications, leadership and presentation skills
|
|
• Be responsible and can work under pressure
|
