FUJITEC secured the new order for a commercial project in Wong Chuk Hang. The project is jointly developed by SINO Land Ltd and Empire Property Ltd and the site is located at A.I.L. no. 462 Yip Kan Street and Wong Chuk Hang Road, near to the MTR Wong Chuk Hang Station. The site will be built with a 30-storey first class office building served by 6 units of high speed passenger lifts.

FUJITEC will supply to this first class office building total 9 units of lift and 6 units of GS8000-NX escalator. The 3 units high zone passenger lifts will be running at super high speed in 360m/min. The project is expected to be completed in 2nd quarter of 2021.
