In June 2020, FUJITEC was awarded to carry out modernization work for all 44 units of lifts in this building, 16 units high zone passenger lifts are running at super high speed in 480m/min. The existing obsolete relay logic controller and MG set will be modernized with the most advanced microcomputer VVVF control system with PMGL, and cooperate with full Destination Floor Guidance System (DFGS) application which will bring safe, reliable and high efficient of lift operation.

The installation work will commence in January 2021 and the whole modernization work is expected to be completed in year 2023.
