FUJITEC received a new order for a large residential project in Kai Tak. The project is located in NKIL 6563, Kai Tak Area 1L Site 2, with a site area of 9,482 square metre. The whole development consists of 2 high-block residences (Block 1A and 1B) and 4 low-block residences. It is Wheelock’s another large scale residential development in Kai Tak. The project is named “Monaco One”.

FUJITEC will supply to this high class residential development a total of 24 unit of lift, including 14 units of “Zexia” and 10 units of “Rexia” model. The project is scheduled to be completed in 2nd half of 2022.
