FUJITEC received the new order for a large-scale residential project in Kai Tak which is a deluxe residential project developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties. The site is located at NKIL 6551, Kai Tak Area 4C site 3, near the middle of the original airport runway and adjacent to the Kai Tak Cruise Terminal. The units from the northwest to the southwest are expected to enjoy the stunning seaview of Victoria Harbour.

FUJITEC will provide a total of 41 units of lift and 4 units of escalator for the project, and the entire project is expected to be completed in the second half of 2024.
