The project is developed by the consortium of SINO Land and CSI properties and will be built atop MTR Corporation’s Yau Tong Ventilation Building, a facility serving the railway tunnel of MTR’s Tseung Kwan O Line. This high-quality residential project will benefit from well-established community facilities nearby, and provides easy and convenient accessibility by MTR service.

FUJITEC will supply to this project total 12 lifts, in which 7 lifts serving the residential tower and 5 lifts serving the podium levels. The scheduled completion date is mid 2024.
