Registered apprentices are the new strength of FUJITEC in the future and our important human resources. In addition, FUJITEC's safety and health policy mentions that "Occupational safety and health are an important part of the company's performance and are given top priority." Therefore, Occupational Safety and Health Promotion Department arranged a special safety training for the registered apprentices in September & October 2024. Although all of them had received the basic safety induction training on the day they joined the company, this course specially includes pre-work safety assessment, accident case discussion and simulation of safe operation in work situations by VR training, so that they can become the qualified technicians with both technology and safety.

In the future, FUJITEC will continue to invest resources in providing internal and external safety training for employees at different levels to enhance their occupational safety and health knowledge and prepare them for future promotions in implementing and promoting occupational safety and health.
