To commemorate the special occasion of 60th Anniversary Diamond Jubilee of FUJITEC Hong Kong this year, 60th Anniversary Dinner was held on 29 NOV 2024 (Friday). There were about 400 participants, including VIP guests from FUJITEC Japan Headquarters, local guests of our business partners (including Subcontractors and Suppliers) and employees of FUJITEC Hong Kong gathered at “Maxim Palace” which located at City Hall.
The Master of Ceremony was Ms. Mayanne Mak, the renowned television host. Her professionalism significantly enhanced the atmosphere of the dinner.
At the beginning of the dinner, Mr. Masayoshi Harada, President and CEO of FUJITEC Co. Ltd. and Mr. Chong Ming Sun, Managing Director of FUJITEC Hong Kong were invited to deliver speeches. They were later joined with Mr. Takashige Nakajima, Senior Executive Operating Officer of FUJITEC Co. Ltd., Mr. Kosuke Sato, Director of FUJITEC Co. Ltd., Mr. Shiro Adachi, Executive Operating Officer of FUJITEC Co. Ltd., Mr. Kwong Tat Fai, Director of FUJITEC Hong Kong and all other General Managers of FUJITEC Hong Kong for a hand-printing ceremony to commemorate the 60-year milestone.
As a Japanese-based company, the celebration featured a traditional Japanese "Kagami Biraki" & Toasting Ceremony. To break a sake barrel with a mallet symbolizing good luck for all employees and prosperity for FUJITEC Hong Kong.
In a gesture of appreciation, Mr. Chong Ming Sun, Managing Director of FUJITEC Hong Kong, presented surprises to the management team in Japan and Hong Kong, gifting them lifelike figurines created in their likenesses.
During the dinner, long service awards were presented to 14 colleagues who had served FUJITEC Hong Kong for 30 years. Mr. Chong Ming Sun, Managing Director of FUJITEC Hong Kong, presented the certificates to the employees and expressed congratulations to them and extended heartfelt appreciation on behalf of the Company to all our employees for their hard work, commitment and contribution in all these years!
The dinner had also came to a climax when Mr. Masayoshi Harada, President and CEO of FUJITEC Co. Ltd. performed a Cantonese song of "Friends.", followed by an encore performance of a song of "I Only Care About You.". The company also invited famous Hong Kong artist, Ms. Kayee Tam to perform three popular songs on stage!
This memorable event subsequently ended by the BIG Prize of Lucky Draw and all of the guests and our employees had an enjoyable night which full of cheer and laugh!
Last but not least, we do hope that the past 60 years of FUJITEC Hong Kong would serve as a stepping stone for a pioneering leap into an even brighter future. Let us overcome the challenges ahead and progress together towards the next 60 years!
