This is Hong Kong's largest elderly care home project. Located on Fuk Hang Village Road in Tuen Mun, The home is built on land donated by Henderson Land Development Company Limited and funded by the government. Upon completion, it will provide 1,434 nursing and care beds for the elderly. The project aims to create a safe and worry-free home for seniors to enjoy their later years.

FUJITEC will provide 12 elevators for the project. The project is expected to be completed in 2026.
