The Medical Education and Research Complex at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) is scheduled for completion by mid 2028. It will serve as the immediate, initial base for Hong Kong’s highly anticipated third medical school. It is located on the main Clear Water Bay campus. The HKUST School of Medicine will finally move to a permanent, purpose-built campus in Ngau Tam Mei, which is located in the Northern Metropolis area in the New Territories. Once this permanent campus is ready and the medical school relocates, the initial building back at the Clear Water Bay campus will be converted into an adaptable, long-term living laboratory for the university's broader scientific and technological research.

FUJITEC will provide 5 units of elevator and 6 units of escalator for this project.
