The 1st FUJITEC Skill Competition was held in 2023. Two years later, FUJITEC have concluded the 2nd competition.

The Skill Competition is, in fact, not only about a two-day event but also incorporating various activities over several months. It serves not only as a horizontal exchange (across different locals or divisions) but also as a vertical development program ("train the trainers"). This structure provides a valuable opportunity for Trainers to develop their leadership skills, while team members gain exposure to new techniques and knowledge beyond their daily tasks.

The participants worked hard and also played hard, making the two-day event very enjoyable, despite the fierce competition. Congratulations to the Installation Division for being the overall champion!
