The hotel is a 25-storey building (including ground floor and 2 levels of basement). Commercial uses including retail and dining facilities will be provided from G/F to 2/F while the hotel guestrooms and other ancillary facilities will be accommodated from 5/F to 22/F.

FUJITEC supplied to this 25-storey high class hotel total 13 units of lift and 4 units of escalator, including 11 units of high speed lift at 210 m/min serving the guest floors, 2 units of MRL lift and 4 units of GS-8000NX escalator. The project was completed in 2022.
