The project is located at 11 Hoi Ting Road, West Kowloon district, in adjacent to the Polyu Hong Kong Community College. The site occupies an area of approx. 10,000 square metres. It will comprise two blocks of 14 storeys and 16 storeys office buildings including 2 basement floors.

FUJITEC HK supplied to these two modernized office blocks total 25 units of lifts and 4 units of GS8000-NX escalator.

The project was completed in 2nd quarter of 2019.
