Youth Square is situated in 238 Chai Wan Road in Hong Kong. The property is owned by the Home Affairs Department of HKSAR and is now operated and managed by the New World Facilities Management Co. Ltd. Youth Square is the first composite building built to provide a platform for developing youths potential and is the flagship centre of the Hong Kong youths development activities. The building comprises 2 blocks, namely the main block (15 storeys) and the hostel block (12 storeys), with a total gross floor area of 42,000 sq.m.
FUJITEC supplied to the Youth Square 7 units of EXDN lifts, 1 unit of ACGL lift and 9 units of GS8000 escalator. The project was completed in 2008.
