Responsibilities:

•	Promoting sales of the Company's products and services including major modernization negotiations
•	Preparing quotation and follow up with clients for progress of quotation works
•	Carrying out sales activities for lift repair and modernization
•	Customer service and job site visit
•	Reviewing customer contract terms of modernization project
•	Payment collection and handling complaint cases, etc.

Requirements:

•	Holder of Higher Diploma or above in Marketing or Mechanical/ Electrical/ Building Services Engineering
•	3 years’ relevant working experience in Sales, Marketing or Customer Services, preferably in lift industry
•	Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/ Word/ PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
•	Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese and knowledge in Japanese is definitely an advantage
•	Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
•	Presentable, independent and self-motivated
•	Working Location: Head office at Western District
