Assistant Manager - Maintenance (Sales) Division (Ref: AM/MTS)

Responsibilities:

Promoting sales of the Company's products and services including major modernization negotiations
Preparing quotation and follow up with clients for progress of quotation works
Carrying out sales activities for lift repair and modernization
Customer service and job site visit
Reviewing customer contract terms of modernization project
Payment collection and handling complaint cases, etc.

Requirements:
Holder of Higher Diploma or above in Marketing or Mechanical/ Electrical/ Building Services Engineering
3 years’ relevant working experience in Sales, Marketing or Customer Services, preferably in lift industry
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/ Word/ PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese and knowledge in Japanese is definitely an advantage
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
Presentable, independent and self-motivated
Working Location: Head office at Western District
