Administration Officer - Administration Division (Ref: AO/ADM)
Responsibilities:
• |
Assist superior in ensuring that any and all activities are in compliance with Fujitec integrated management system
|
• |
Arrange and / or prepare requirement documents for import / export of materials as well as transportation for delivery
|
• |
Co-ordinate with the receiving divisions to ensure that the incoming materials are delivered to a designated place
|
• |
Full range of administrative duties including procurement, office repair & maintenance, office cleaning, contract renewal, renewal of licenses & certificate, insurance, handling incoming & outgoing emails, office security & safety, warehouse and company events & meeting, etc.
|
• |
Supervise a team of supporting staff to deliver office services
|
• |
Perform other duties when required
|
• |
Work in Sai Wan
|
Requirements:
• |
Diploma / Higher Diploma or above with 3 - 5 years’ administrative experiences
|
• |
Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
|
• |
Good presentation & interpersonal skills
|
• |
Hardworking, detail-oriented with strong commitment, organized, able to work independently
|
• |
Familiar with MS Office (Excel/ Word/ PowerPoint) & Chinese word processing |
• |
Immediate available is highly preferred |
