Clerk - Maintenance (Field) Division (Ref: C/MTF)

Responsibilities:

Processing general administration and clerical support to the maintenance team, including data input, copying, filing and inventory stock take, etc.
Handling incoming calls from clients
Performing other duties as and when required
Working in service station

Requirements:
F.5 / HKDSE or above with 2 years’ administrative / clerical experience
Good communication skill
Hardworking, detail-oriented with strong commitment, organized, able to work independently
Familiar with MS Office (Excel/ Word/ PowerPoint)
Immediate available is highly preferred
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Clerk
