Responsibilities:

•	To collaborate with supervisor in carrying out service station maintenance operation and personnel administration
•	To monitor the work quality & safety of frontline workers and sub-contractor
•	To prepare the monthly maintenance reports and the Investigation Report to EMSD
•	To deal with customer service issue and minor project execution including quotation work
•	Station affairs, documentation control and engineering coaching
•	To deal with maintenance & repair issues of technical, quality, breakdown, etc
•	Any other field / administrative activities as instructed by the company

Requirements:

•	Higher Diploma / Degree holder in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Engineering
•	Minimum 3 years' relevant working experience in Engineering, Construction or Building Services field, preferably in lift industry
•	Proficient in MS Office application (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Chinese Word Processing
•	Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
•	Good communications and presentation skills
•	Immediate available is highly preferred
•	Candidate with less experience may be considered as Assistant Engineer
