Responsibilities:

•	To take up the leading role for management of lift modernization activities.
•	To oversee and to supervise modernization project & project teams in carrying out planning and execution.
•	Cost control and workflow improvement processing.
•	Profit optimization and quality control management.
•	Coordinate, monitor the progress and work with internal departments & external suppliers, government bodies, etc.

Requirements:

•	Higher Diploma / Degree holder in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services or relevant Engineering discipline
•	Registered Lift Engineer is preferred but not a must
•	Minimum 8 years' relevant working experience in Engineering, Construction or Building Services field, experience in lift industry will be a definite advantage
•	Proficient in MS Office application (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
•	Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
•	Good communications and presentation skills
•	Be responsible and can work under pressure
