System Administration Officer - Administration and Personnel Division (Ref: SAO)
Responsibilities:
|
• Provide user support to solve hardware and software problems
|
|
• Assist with installation, configuration, upgrade and replacement of hardware and software
|
|
• Provide technical support in hardware, software and network-related products to users
|
|
• Liaise with users and vendors to solve any hardware and software issues
|
|
• Coordinate with software developers to organize and manage IT projects
|
|
• Provide IT support in operating the tailor-made maintenance system
|
|
• Performing other duties as and when required by Superior
|
Requirements:
|
• Diploma or above in Information Technology or related discipline
|
|
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience including system & network support and project management
|
|
• Strong infrastructure skills especially in Microsoft Windows Server and Microsoft SQL Server
|
|
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/ Word/ Access) and Chinese Word Processing
|
|
• Immediate available is preferable
|
