Senior Clerk - Maintenance (Field) Division (Ref. SC/MTF)

Responsibilities:


• Responsible for execution of administrative work for the service station

• Prepare correspondence, reports, and collate purchase order and the sort of documents

• Prepare correspondence, documents, reports, letters, etc. and filing

• Update statistics and records by entering the data, and data input to various ERP system

• Assist picking up emergency calls during weekday

• Any ad-hoc task, assignments and projects as assigned by the company

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Business Administration, Social Science or related discipline

• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience

• Good communication skill, well-organized, self-motivated, teamwork spirit, responsible and be able to work independently.

• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese

• Familiar with MS Office (Excel/ Word/ PowerPoint) & Chinese word processing
