Senior Clerk - Maintenance (Field)
Division (Ref. SC/MTF)
Responsibilities:
|
• Responsible for execution of
administrative work for the service station |
|
• Prepare correspondence,
reports, and collate purchase order and the sort of documents |
|
• Prepare correspondence,
documents, reports, letters, etc. and filing |
|
• Update statistics and records
by entering the data, and data input to various ERP system |
|
• Assist picking up emergency
calls during weekday |
|
• Any ad-hoc task, assignments
and projects as assigned by the company |
Requirements:
|
• Diploma or above in Business
Administration, Social Science or related discipline |
|
• Minimum 3 years' relevant
experience |
|
• Good communication skill,
well-organized, self-motivated, teamwork spirit, responsible and
be able to work independently. |
|
• Good command of spoken and
written English & Chinese |
|
• Familiar with MS Office (Excel/
Word/ PowerPoint) & Chinese word processing |
