Responsibilities:

•	Assist in monitoring the maintenance works progress, report the work orders status and tackling the technical problems
•	Assist in accomplishing work safety and code compliance in field operations
•	Conduct analysis on the breakdown rate for lifts / escalators maintenance
•	Prepare investigation reports and monthly maintenance reports
•	Handle complaint and attend coordination meetings with clients to establish good relationship
•	Any other field activities/ administrative support as instructed by the company

Requirements:

•	High Diploma or Degree holder in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Engineering
•	1 - 5 years’ working history (Engineer) or over 10 years experience (Senior Engineer) in Engineering, Construction or Building Services field, preferably in lift industry
•	Proficient in MS Office application (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Chinese Word Processing
•	Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
•	Good communications and presentation skills
•	Immediate available is highly preferred
