Responsibilities:

•	Handling maintenance agreements renewal through proposal & negotiations
•	Administrating tender procedures including documentation, submission, interviews for contracts award
•	Liaising with clients & inter-divisions for sales target achievement
•	Follow up customer-related administration including payments monitoring, complaints handling
•	Other relevant sales promotional activities such as seminars & presentations
•	Performing other duties as and when required

Requirements:

•	Holder of Higher Diploma or above in Marketing or Mechanical/ Electrical/ Building Services Engineering
•	3 years’ relevant working experience in Sales, Marketing or Customer Services, preferably in lift industry
•	Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/ Word/ PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
•	Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese and knowledge in Japanese is definitely an advantage
•	Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
•	Presentable, independent and self-motivated
•	Candidate with more experiences will be considered as Senior Sales Executive
•	Working Location: Head office at Western District
