Responsibilities:

•	Handling maintenance agreements renewal through proposal & negotiations
•	Administer tender procedures including documentation, submission, interviews for contracts award
•	Liaising with clients & inter-divisions for sales target achievement
•	Follow up customer-related administration including payments monitoring, complaints handling
•	Preparing quotation and follow up with clients for progress of quotation works
•	Carrying out sales activities for lift repair and modernization
•	Other relevant sales promotional activities such as seminars & presentations

Requirements:

•	Holder of Higher Diploma or above in Business / Marketing / Science or relevant subjects
•	1 year or above relevant working experience in Sales, Marketing or Customer Services, preferably in lift industry
•	Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/ Word/ PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
•	Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
•	Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
•	Presentable, independent and self-motivated
•	Candidate with less experiences will be considered as junior position
